The Facilities Services division provides a complete one stop cost effective and tailored service to both the private and public sectors nationwide. This FM product can deliver contract cleaning, property maintenance, vacant property services, through our 24-hour Helpdesk and job management software.
The property maintenance division provides regular or responsive property repairs. At any time, day or night our clients can contact our 24hr helpdesk. The property maintenance division has grown dramatically for us in the last 5 years. Our clients get the benefit of emergency response and detailed email reports of job completion before billing.
Skilled Trade Services as a facilities services company we have a permanent register of Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters and associated trades. The Skilled trades are contracted to us directly and covered by our insurance. The advantage for our clients is access to skilled trades 24/7.
Contract cleaning with a large in-house team, vehicles and equipment “we can take on the toughest of jobs” we offer a full range of Commercial, industrial and domestic cleaning. With a need for a meticulous level of detail all our employees have been trained with all our equipment and have yearly upskill and refresher includes: (All safety cards Safe Pass, Working at Height, Use and storage of Chemicals)
